Our Group is developing multiple large-scale projects in Mumbai through our local subsidiary, Goisu Realty, with the aim of making the city a major business hub alongside Tokyo.

of approximately 1 trillion yen across India’s two major cities.

Bullet train, metro, roads, and airports…
Mumbai is rapidly developing its infrastructure as a key transportation hub in India.
India’s first bullet train, and a metro network with 14 lines. In addition to Mumbai
Airport, the new Navi Mumbai International Airport is being developed, significantly
strengthening the city’s function as India’s gateway to the skies.
A highway network spanning land and sea on a grand scale is also being developed,
making Mumbai truly a key transportation hub in India.
Bullet Train
A high-speed railway project using Japan’s Shinkansen system is currently underway, connecting Mumbai and Ahmedabad over a distance of approx. 500 km.
Metro Line
In the Mumbai metropolitan area, a large-scale development of the Mumbai Metro network is underway, comprising a total of 14 lines.
Airport
In addition to the existing Mumbai Airport, the new Navi Mumbai International
Airport is set to open, with partial operations beginning in 2025.
It is expected to make a major contribution to the development of international
logistics and the regional economy in the Mumbai area.
Highway
Four sea-crossing expressways spanning land and sea are being developed, improving car access throughout the Mumbai area and providing a swift connection to the new airport.
Bullet Train
