Shinjuku Sumitomo Building "Sankaku Hiroba"

The Shinjuku Sumitomo Building—a pioneering skyscraper in the Shinjuku Subcenter—has been reborn while retaining its iconic nickname “Sankaku Biru” (the Triangular Building), and now features a large glass-roofed event space at its base: Sankaku Hiroba (Triangular Plaza). Set in Nishi-Shinjuku, amid the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building Observation Decks and the lush greenery of Shinjuku Central Park, it brings new vibrancy to the area through a wide variety of events, from popular food festivals and trade fairs to sports activities and exhibitions, which visitors can enjoy along with its distinctive restaurants and convenient shops.

Ariake Garden

Ariake Garden is a large-scale complex developed on a 10.7-hectare tract in the Ariake area along Tokyo Bay, aiming to revitalize the area by enhancing convenience for residents and visitors, and adding new vibrancy. It features a large shopping mall with popular shops and restaurants at its core, along with various facilities such as a theater-style hall, a hotel, a spa, an exclusive theater for the Shiki Theatre Company, triple-tower condominiums with seismic isolation, and a plaza.

Haneda Airport Garden

"Haneda Airport Garden" is a mixed-use development featuring Japan's largest* airport hotel with 1,691 rooms at its core, along with retail facility, a Spa, a large event hall, and a bus terminal. Conveniently connected directly to Haneda Airport, it's ideal for accommodation and shopping. The hotel offers two brands: the luxury class "Premier" with enhanced hospitality and functionality, and the high-grade class "Grand".

*The number of guestrooms in the premises is the largest among all airport hotels in Japan, according to a research by JTB Tourism Research & Consulting Co., Nov 2024.

IZUMI GARDEN

Sumitomo Realty manages “IZUMI GARDEN,” a large urban area consisting of two redeveloped areas: "Izumi Garden Tower" and "Sumitomo Fudosan Roppongi Grand Tower". The area comprises office towers, residences, retail, hotel, event halls, conference centers etc. The area is directly above, and extends to the east and west of Roppongi-itchome Station.

Kyoto Kawaramachi Garden

The Kyoto Sumitomo Building, recognized as a landmark, reopened in 2021 with new tenants as the Kyoto Kawaramachi Garden, comprising various retail stores and restaurants.
